Willie Brown is awesome. Has the educational blessing of working for Willie Brown in the raly days of Ads Up. He is a marketing genius. I still use the skills today that I learned from him. Inglewood today is such an important news format to be proud of and support. His sophistication and class is endless.I am so proud to see Willie Brown continue to broaden and do what he does best. Inform the people without being bias, partial, one-side and without prejudice of any kind. How does one get an article for review and print consideration?
William Powell, "director of Footprints Prison Outreach/Gambrell Outreach Ministries was embraced by Pastor Austin Williams & the outreach team of True Vine Church of Inglewood in distributing individual christmas bags loaded with gifts for children of incarcerated parents on Dec. 20th at Wayside Honor Ranch. Over 600 bags were given to children individually from 7am to 3:30pm upon the completion of a one hour visit with their mother or father. For many children, this would be their only gift bag. Wal Mart Palm Springs donated childrens clothes, shoes, pampers, pajamas through the efforts of (asst. mgr.)Kimberly Powell & co-workers Donna McKown& William Jackson. (mgr men's dept.) Many late night hours were spent in the True Vine Overflow room preparing and wrapping gift bags which were donated through the efforts of Patricia Ingram & Kaiser employees in Pasadena. Chaplain Dickerson of Wayside Honor Ranch appreciated the efforts of the group. Many opportunities for counseling, witnessing and prayer with relatives of inmates.
